CANCELLATION, NO SHOW POLICY & NON REFUNDABLE POLICY

At Timeless Glow Spa, we understand that circumstances may require you to cancel or reschedule your appointment. To respect both our therapists' time and the needs of our other clients, we have established the following cancellation policy:

Cancellation Policy:

1. Advance Notice: We kindly request that you provide us with at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

2. Late Cancellations: Appointments canceled with less than 24 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of $25.00

3. No Shows: If you fail to arrive for your appointment without prior notice (a "no show"), you may be charged the full cost of the scheduled service.

Non-Refundable Policy:

1. Booking Deposits: Some of our services may require a booking deposit, especially for extended or specialty treatments. These deposits are non-refundable.

2. Gift Certificates: Gift certificates purchased for specific services are non-refundable but can be used towards other services or products offered at Timeless Glow Spa.

3. Membership Fees: Membership fees, once paid, are non-refundable.

4. Prepaid Packages: Any prepaid packages or series of treatments are non-refundable but can be transferred to another person or used for alternative services with Timeless Glow Spa.

Exceptions:

We understand that there may be extenuating circumstances, such as medical emergencies or unavoidable last-minute changes. In such cases, please contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate your situation.
